How we use Amazon data
A seller authorises Meirun WMS to their Amazon store so that the warehouse they chose can ship their orders. We read that seller's orders through Amazon's Selling Partner API and use them for one purpose: to fulfil those orders and report their fulfilment.
- The buyer's name, address and phone are used to label the parcel and go only to the carrier delivering it.
- Buyer details are erased 30 days after the order ships.
- We never contact Amazon buyers and never market to them.
- One seller's data is never combined with another's or used for any other purpose.
How we protect it
- Data held in Silicon Valley, California, United States.
- Buyer details encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; the key is replaced at least once a year.
- TLS on every connection.
- Every warehouse's records in a separate database file.
- Individual accounts, roles that reach only what they are granted, and two-step sign-in.
- Every request to the service's interfaces is logged, kept for 400 days and reviewed at least every two weeks.
The details are in our Privacy Policy.
